Payment & Order Confirmation
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are processed only after a 50% advance payment. Once you place your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp with the payment details. The remaining 50% must be paid before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

• In-stock items: 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location
• Pre-order items: 15 to 20 business days

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery: Rs 700, nationwide across Pakistan
• Orders above Rs 50,000: Rs 1,000

Damaged Items
Every order is packed with care. If any item arrives damaged, it is 100% refundable. Simply contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of it.
