Products
We do our best to show every product accurately. Slight differences in colour, finish or size may occur due to lighting, screen settings or handcrafted detailing.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Payment
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders require a 50% advance payment to be confirmed. The remaining 50% must be paid before your order is dispatched. Payment details are shared by our team on WhatsApp after you place your order.
Sale Orders
During sale hours, discounted prices apply only to orders that are paid within the given time. If an order is placed during a sale but the advance payment is not made within that time, the order will not be processed at the discounted rate.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are delivered within 15 to 20 business days. Timelines may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, and we will keep you updated if there is any delay.
Order Cancellations
Once your order has been processed after the advance payment, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged, it is 100% refundable. To process your refund, please share a video and pictures of both the packaging and the product with us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
